Sale of AMH to JBS Friboi

JBS (‘Jose Batista Senior’) now owns AMH (Australian Meat Holdings). JBS Friboi was already South America’s biggest beef processor, and with the purchase of U.S.-based Swifts are now the world’s biggest beef processors. Townsville Bulletin and Courier Mail articles.
