Delivery Times

  • Orders are usually packed & sent within a couple of days. 
  • However this is a one-person business.  This means you receive personal service, but it also means that when I'm travelling, the office is shut.

Avoid processing delays by checking your order details

Please do take a moment to read back over your order & ensure every detail is correct; including your email address. Orders with errors (eg no state/county or postcode) are processed after other orders & if a query is required prior to packing, then delayed delivery results.

Ordering problems

A couple of device/browser combinations have caused issues for a small percentage of customers trying to complete an order (eg some Apple devices).  Apologies if you find the online ordering system misbehaves.  Using a different device or browser may solve the issue but orders can also be placed and paid for by phone.  It would be much appreciated if you let me know exactly what occurred as it helps us identify any remaining glitches & fix them.  Apologies for any inconvenience.

When the bank is in the midst of processing your payment, and the next step is to leave the NAB website and return to this website, a standard web browser ‘security alert’ notice may appear on your screen. Please note that the bank’s website only sends a message back to this website to advise that your payment has been processed, so it is safe to click ‘OK’.
  2. When your order has been finalised (payment has been accepted and you are back at this website), an automated Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. Please double check the details and email any corrections to email/sales)(
