Avoid processing delays by checking your order details
Please do take a moment to read back over your order & ensure every detail is correct; including your email address. Orders with errors (eg no state/county or postcode) are processed after other orders & if a query is required prior to packing, then delayed delivery results.
A couple of device/browser combinations have caused issues for a small percentage of customers trying to complete an order (eg some Apple devices). Apologies if you find the online ordering system misbehaves. Using a different device or browser may solve the issue but orders can also be placed and paid for by phone. It would be much appreciated if you let me know exactly what occurred as it helps us identify any remaining glitches & fix them. Apologies for any inconvenience.
