Halls Creek cattle station Moola Bulla was passed in at auction on 16th June, for $25 million. The auction had been scheduled to start at 11am but commencement was delayed until 4pm. Apparently Great Southern receivers McGrath Nichol were hoping the 3 stations – Moola Bulla, Chudleigh Park and Wrotham Park – would fetch at least $200 million, despite the softening of the property market and economy generally, since these stations were purchased.
