In addition to having first pick of the specials available (there is usually only one of each), previous customers are normally offered larger discounts than the general public. Usually when a sale takes place the specials will be offered in the order below - i.e. to previous customers first, then what is left is offered to the general public:

When time allows, people on the mailing list are notified when there are specials available, however to avoid missing out, it is best to regularly check the 'news' section on the home page, or the Specials page.
Limited Edition Photographs - Discounts for Previous Purchasers
Repeat business is much appreciated, so discounts are also available on non-sale stock to people who have already bought limited edition photographs. If you have purchased before and are interested in acquiring again, please ask for a personal quote.
Limited Edition Photographs - Details
All images are produced as limited editions only, so once the edition has sold out no more photographic prints will be made. Some images are editions of only 3.
Printing and framing is archival quality, and all limited edition photographs are sold with a personally signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Book and Card Specials
At present customers placing an order for 2 or more books receive a discount, and orders for 4 or more books come with a free screen-printed calico carrybag. And all books mailed directly overseas come with a free Australian Outback greeting card plus a carry bag.
